Signing joint statement The Hague Heat Coalition

The Haagse Warmtecoalitie is a group of parties that want to go for a climate-neutral The Hague and especially want to get started now. The Economic Board The Hague, together with all parties of The Hague Heat Coalition, calls on the new city council of The Hague:

• to tackle the local energy transition as quickly as possible;
• make choices based on objective criteria, and;
• cannot rule out sustainable heat sources in advance.

By applying these principles, the pace of the heat transition can be increased. The pace must be increased if the city wants to be largely climate neutral by 2030 and switch to sustainable energy. The parties of The Hague Heat Coalition are ready to help The Hague with this!
