The new Hague strategy, “Working, Learning, and Innovating,” focuses on innovation, growth, and better aligning education with the labor market. Together with our partners from the Economic Affairs Steering Committee, such as MKB Den Haag, VNO-NCW regio Den Haag, KHN Den Haag, and Bedrijventerreinen Haaglanden, we actively contributed ideas and input to shape this strategy. With the support of educational institutions in The Hague and contributions from MRDH, the strategy can be further implemented in collaboration with local and regional partners.
This collaboration lays the foundation for a future-proof economy in The Hague, where businesses, education, and talent come together at innovative hubs in the city. These hubs create opportunities for future jobs at every educational level, jobs with societal value and growth potential.
The Economic Board The Hague plays a role in this by providing both solicited and unsolicited advice and connecting various stakeholders. Together, we are building a strong and competitive city.
