Cybersecurity should not evoke images of a sector that chiefly employs people with a university or higher professional education; there are also opportunities for students at vocational levels 3 and 4. The EBTH wants to connect people and companies and establish a learning track for intermediate vocational education (potentially with the option of allowing students to move on to higher professional education). The further professionalisation of teachers is also an integral aspect here. The Hague can set an example by becoming a pioneer in this area. It could then attract students from across the entire learning track in the cybersecurity field.
