The entrepreneurial pitch is an initiative of Rabobank and Economic Board The Hague in collaboration with the Municipality of The Hague (and ImpactCity), WorldStartup, VNO-NCW regio The Hague, MKB The Hague, KHN The Hague, and the Haaglanden Business Parks Foundation.
Due to the easing of the measures, the economy is slowly starting again. With the transition from the intelligent lockdown to the 1.5 meter society, it offers entrepreneurs opportunities for new perspectives. We notice this through the various initiatives that companies are already taking to shape the 1.5 meter society. By organizing this entrepreneurial pitch, we want to inspire each other by stimulating creative and technological plans and offering a stage.

Eight contenders may pitch
In the afternoon of Thursday 2 July in 1.5 minutes the eight most innovative ideas pitch digital their idea in front of a panel consisting of:

What plans are we talking about?
All entrepreneurs are welcome; from start-ups, SMEs to large companies that have creative and/or technological plans for retail, retail, catering, mobility, offices, ICT, etc. Applications can be submitted individually or in collaboration with other entrepreneurs in The Hague.
The best 1.5 meter society business plans
The participants with the three best plans according to the panel will have access to knowledge and the extensive network of the collaborating organisations. The three selected entrepreneurs can count on support from the organizing partners in the implementation of their plans. In addition the winners receive a distributable incentive prize of 1.5 x € 1000,- or €250,-€500,- or €750,-. All submitted plans will be made publicly visible, with which we encourage ‘corona-proof’ entrepreneurship and want to inspire a larger audience in the region.
